1. Service Scope & Pricing

software.prasadkamble.com provides professional software setup and installation assistance. Fees are ₹300 for complete software installation setup and ₹150 for installation assistance troubleshooting. These charges represent technical labor and consulting only.

2. Software Licensing Policy

We strictly enforce a legitimate software policy. We only assist with customer-owned licenses, official vendor downloads, authorized subscriptions, and open-source or free applications. Customers must possess a valid license or subscription for any commercial software. Third-party software costs remain the customer's sole responsibility.

3. System Backups & Data Responsibility

While software installation rarely impacts personal files, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain recent backups of important personal data prior to any software installation or operating system configuration session.

4. Remote Support Protocols

Remote sessions are conducted interactively using Google Chrome Remote Desktop with one-time, customer-generated temporary access codes. The customer agrees to remain present during the session to authorize permission prompts. Sessions are disconnected immediately upon completion of setup.
